PC Duo Remote Support has helped my bank roll out new branches and provide remote support, but most importantly its scripting language and scheduler has been used to distribute reports and files to branches. Its file transfer capabilities are unique and together with its configuration capabilities, it allows us to have multiple users providing support with different profiles. We could not survive a single day without it.
